| Q : 不知台灣股東何時才能買賣手中的股票，要如何買賣呢？ When can the Taiwanese shareholders that own 144 restricted shares sell these shares? How are such sales conducted? A : Taiwanese shareholders who purchased restricted shares from CRKT or from an affiliate of CRKT may begin selling their shares in accordance with Rule 144 under the Securities Act beginning on the first anniversary of the purchase of such shares. The sale of the shares is subject to volume limitations, manner of sale requirements and the requirement that CRKT is current in its SEC filings in addition to other requirements of the rule. If you purchased shares from CRKT or from an affiliate and have held these shares for at least one year and you now want to sell the shares, contact your broker who will help you complete the necessary 144 paperwork and submit this paper work to Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, CRKT’s transfer agent. Q : 不知何時會舉辦例行股東會議，在此股東會議裡會分發股息股利嗎? When is the Annual Meeting? Will there be distribution of dividends at this meeting? A : We plan to hold the Annual Meeting in September. Although we constantly assess ways to provide the best return for our shareholders, we do not currently plan to pay any dividends. Q : 目前發佈在網路上的股價對股東是否有任何意義呢? What is the significance of the price that is currently posted online? A : The closing price of our stock as reported by online services such as Yahoo Finance is the last price at which our shares were purchased and sold. You can also find the bid (offer to buy) and ask (offer to sell) price for our shares online. These are the prices at which buyers and sellers are offering to buy or sell our stock. These stock prices are quoted by market makers on the over-the-counter bulletin board and then reported by various online services. The prices are based on market demand and supply and fluctuate depending on the estimations of individual investors of our value as well as the value of stocks in general. As a consequence of the tremendous economic forces that affect stock prices in general and our shares, in particular, the price of our shares is out of our control. What we can do is focus on developing and operating our business efficiently and effectively in order to realize its long-term profitability goals. As revenues and earnings grow, the stock price is expected to rise to reflect our financial achievements and superior growth potential. Q : 是否會定期公佈公司成長等相關訊息呢? 有助於股東不再處於無知狀態而隨意 聽信外界流傳的不實消息。 Will there be scheduled announcements of company developments to keep shareholders informed? A : We issue press releases quarterly, informing our shareholders of the financial results of each reporting period. Other significant news announcements are generally issued the day after they occur. We cannot predict when news will be issued nor do we reveal information about the timing of future events. We carefully follow the rules regulating news issuance by public companies and issue press releases in accordance with those rules. Q : 不知Cirmaker Technology何時才會上市， 是否有任何具體的時間表呢？ When will Cirmaker Technology move from OTCBB to either Amex or Nasdaq? A : We have been actively taking steps to improve our corporate governance and otherwise to prepare CRKT to become eligible for listing on AMEX or Nasdaq. However, there are still many milestones that must be reached before we become eligible for listing. We cannot currently predict the timing of any such listing or whether our efforts to so list will be successful. |
